This helical cutterhead has been machined to provide an optimal fit for ENCO CT-508 150-4245 20" thickness planers, allowing for elevated performance. Our tungsten carbide insert knives are made from 100% raw material, so compared with HSS blades, this helical cutter head provides you 

  1. The perfect wood surface finish on both hardwood and softwood.
  2. The shear cut virtually eliminates tear-outs.
  3. Producing much smaller chips and your dust collection system will function more efficiently.
  4. Changing blades is effortless and does not require adjustment.
  5. No need to re-sharpen the blades any longer.
  6. 400% longer lifetime from our proud carbide insert.
  7. Feed faster and more consistently than the original cutter head.
  8. Dramatically reduce the noise by over 50%.

Any option includes:
  • 1 x Findbuytool 20 in. helical head
  • 85 x Carbide insert knives
  • 85 x Screws
  • 2 x Screw Drivers
