The helical cutter head fits Delta JT160 6 in. Benchtop jointers.

The 6" helical cutter head for benchtop jointers creates a true shear cut on wood, minimizing the tear-outs and noise level. This is achieved by setting the blades at an angle to smoothly shear through the wood. It offers a much smoother finish and a 40 times longer lifetime than traditional cutter heads. Additionally, it produces less noise by over 50%.

The upgraded insert knives feature a radius-corner design that eliminates lines and scalloped surfaces and lowers the risk of blade breakage. This helical spiral cutter head is built to last with a premium steel body that has been black oxidized for superior rust protection

The helical head perfectly fits Delta JT160 6" bench jointers. The tungsten carbide insert knives are made from 100% raw material, so compared with HSS knives, we provide you

  8. The recommended spec for torquing the knives is 6 Newton meters.
