This helical cutterhead fits Hammer A3 31 12 in. jointer planer.

This heavy-duty helix cutterhead features 4 cutting wings, and 56 carbide inserts in total, offering perfect surfacing quality. Our spiral cutterheads are well manufactured by 5-spindle CNC machines, resulting in excellent coaxiality. The tungsten carbide insert knives are made of 100% raw material, so compared with HSS knives, we provide you 

  1. The better wood surface finish on both hard and softwood.
  2. 10x lifetime from our proud carbide insert.
  3. Higher work efficiency.
  4. No sharpening anymore.
  5. Less noise.
  6. Compatible with 15x15x2.5mm-30°-R150 carbide insert knives.
  7. To properly align the inserts, please tighten them to approximately 6 Newton-meter torque.
  8. In case you're unable to locate a cutter head that matches your machine model, we also provide an option for a custom cutter head.
