Pricing and Currency

Item prices may vary depending on the country and region the order is being shipped. For now, we only accept checkout with US dollars.

Payment Method

Findbuytool accepts all major online payments from Paypal, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Visa.

Duty and Tax

All duty and tax are included.

Payment Refusal

If your debit or credit card is declined or your payment will not go through, there could be the following reasons:

1. Your card may need a confirmation process. However, if there is no “confirm credit card” link on your card detail page, you can skip this step.
2. If your card is expired or the card you have on file does not have your current billing address, it will be declined. You only need to update your card’s expiration and/or your billing address in your bank account or PayPal account.
3. If you cannot solve the issue with the above steps, you can call your credit card company to identify the problem.
4. If you are still having problems with your card or cannot go through with the payment, try to change your payment method. If you only have one payment method within Paypal, you will need to add another payment method before this step.

Return and Exchange

Order cancellation

Orders that have already been placed cannot be canceled, so please think twice before ordering. For any reason, if you need to cancel your order before shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.

Customary Restocking fee

15% of the original purchase price may be applied for cancellation, exchange, or return as a restocking fee due to a customer’s error instead of defective products.

Lost goods

We track your order on a daily basis. However, if your order is lost in transit, please contact us (service@findbuytool.com) as soon as possible.

Refunding

We will fully/partial refund you to the same account of the payment. All refund process takes less than 15 days.

Product Warranty

All products have 30 days of warranty. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days so that we may issue a return, refund, store credit, or exchange for you.
