Product Warranty

All products have a 30-day warranty. For any quality issues or manufacturing defects, please contact us within 30 days so that we may issue a refund, in-store credit, or exchange for you.

Findbuytool Thickness Planer, Table Saw, Lathe are covered under our 12 MONTHS, all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear or tool abuse.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have already been placed cannot be canceled. if you need to cancel your order before shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange

Should you decide to return an item(s) for any reason, be it for a refund, exchange, or warranty, please contact our customer service at www.findbuytool.com or contact us through email (service@findbuytool.com). We will take you to step by step through the return process.

Before Return
To better process your return request, please make sure you have met the return eligibility:
1. Products should be in their original condition, unused, and with all original accessories and packaging.
2. Products that are damaged, incomplete, or show obvious signs of use are not eligible for return.
3. Products must be in working order and free from any defects that hinder their proper functioning.

Please provide the following information:
1. Phone Number
2. A photo of the return packaging and the dimensions of the return item are required for processing.
3.If the requested information is not provided, we will be unable to process the return.
4.Providing false information may result in fines, which we reserve the right to pursue.

Cost of Return

To return items without any defects, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility; to return items that are claimed to be defective, if the claim is approved and the item is defective, we will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Customary Restocking Fee

25% of the original purchase price may be applied for cancellation, exchange, or return as a restocking fee due to a customer’s error instead of defective products.

Lost Goods

We track your order on a daily basis. However, if your order is lost in transit, please contact us (service@findbuytool.com) as soon as possible, and we will issue a re-send for free.

Refund Time

For any partial or full refund, it takes up to 15 days to process the refund.
